New Patient

What to Expect

If you are contacting us the first time for a dental emergency, the process will work a bit differently since our focus will be on treating the immediate need. So don’t be worried if you aren’t a current patient and need our help. We will happily do whatever we can to assist you.

For routine first visits, your oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Panoramic x-rays will be taken of the entire mouth along with a full-mouth series of intra-oral x-rays series which is needed for proper diagnosis of decay at the gumline in the rear teeth. If you have recently had these X-rays completed, you are welcome to bring a copy with you, though we may still require that new X-rays be completed.

In order to fulfill Federal Red Flag Laws, a valid government issued photo ID is required for all patients or their guardians.
